What is the admission
process?
Individuals interested
in the NET option apply to the MS program in nursing and are admitted
by the Graduate School upon recommendation of the School of Nursing.

How is the NET option
of the MS program different?
Students in the NET option
have dual preparation as Medical- Surgical Clinical Nurse Specialists
and Educators or Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and Educators.
It is possible to complete the NET option online. (Computer
requirements)
What resources are available
to students in the NET option?
The project has an Outreach
Specialist/Field Coordinator whose job it is to facilitate
students' distance education experience by identifying student needs
and securing necessary resources and by assisting in locating clinical
and teach practicums in or near students' home communities.
How much will the program
cost?

School of Nursing Scholarships
and Traineeships are available.
Do students need to be
registered for full-time study?
Students do not need to enroll full-time.
In fact, the majority of the master's students are enrolled
part-time and complete the degree in 3-4 years time.
