How to purchase a copy of either the 2002-2004 Graduate Catalog (stock #3100) or the 2003-2005 Undergraduate Catalog (stock #3999):

The catalogs, containing complete academic programs and course information, are available for sale through the Wisconsin Department of Administration's Document Sales Unit located in Madison, WI.

The cost of each catalog is $9 (U.S.) which includes handling and shipping costs. Wisconsin residents must add the 5% sales tax ($9.45 total price) and if applicable, the 1/2% county tax ($9.50 total price). Please allow ten working days for delivery within the U.S. or Canada. International requests from any country (except Canada) can be sent via air mail for an additional $16 (U.S.).

The Catalog can be ordered by three different means:

Credit card orders using VISA or MASTERCARD are welcome on the toll-free number, 1-800-362-7253. In Madison, orders may be placed by calling 264-9419. Office hours are 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
