Audrey Tluczek Audrey Tluczek’s scholarship blends her experience as an advanced practice nurse and her expertise as a psychologist to examine the affects of neonatal genetic screening on families and the quality of parent-infant relationships. Professor Tluczek is interested in understanding the interactions of the multiple contexts of childhood chronic illness, child development, family dynamics, and socio-cultural milieus. Her work involves developing and empirically validating family-centered interventions at specific junctures in trajectories of these contexts to optimize outcomes for children and their families.
