The School attempts to secure clinical and lab course placement
for all students who are eligible, however, in the event of enrollment
limitations, the following criteria are applied to establish priorities.
- All prerequisites met
- Course needed for graduation (in that semester)
- Progression
- Special mandates by Appeals Committee
- Only nursing courses remaining
Please be aware that it is School of Nursing policy that written
documentation showing compliance with health documentation requirements
must be on file prior to attending a clinical course. We
are allowing students to enroll for clinicals but require
that written documentation showing compliance with health requirements
be on file with the Academic Programs Office in K6/146 of the School
of Nursing by the first day of their clinical. Students who are out of compliance will not be able
to attend the clinical site for which they have been assigned. Academic
